Journaling and DIY’s are so connected to my mood. There have been a lot of changes and challenges lately and with these come excitement and potential… BUT… remembering to acknowledge the negative and celebrate the positive is IMPORTANT. Whether it’s finding something that feels uncomfortable on the TV, news or in personal or professional life – sometimes being reminded to stay grounded and conscious of positivity feels VERY necessary.
