This week, my bullet journal is getting back to basics with a minimalist inspired blue and black chill layout.
I have been guilty of forgetting to plan & leaving my bullet journal alone for a while. Whether I miss a couple days or a couple months (that sounds a little scary now that I’ve typed it out!) Here’s how I regroup and get back to it…
Have you ever been bullet journaling, printing out inspiration, or using a journal prompt, and wish that you had a folder to put it in?
I definitely have, and I have been guilty of keeping stickers, half sheets of paper, folded letter paper, and more tucked inside my bullet journal. Here’s how I made a folder to help corral that to keep from stressing my journal’s spine, and to keep things nice and tidy.
Meal planning has never been my strong suit. I love the idea of knowing exactly what I want to eat every day, giving myself a streamlined processes at mealtime and the comfort of knowing what I’m getting into at the grocery store. SO, in favor of all things, new year, better process (a slight adaptation of the #newyearnewme that I’ve been seeing sprinkled over social media) and reasonable goals, here I come!
Setting goals and keeping them is a great way to make a personal changes and growth. However, sometimes that can be harder than just saying you’re going to do something and then doing it. I like making little reminders for myself to figure out what I need to do if I’m in a slump, or just can’t think of something that I want to be doing at that moment.
