Journaling and DIY’s are so connected to my mood. There have been a lot of changes and challenges lately and with these come excitement and potential… BUT… remembering to acknowledge the negative and celebrate the positive is IMPORTANT. Whether it’s finding something that feels uncomfortable on the TV, news or in personal or professional life – sometimes being reminded to stay grounded and conscious of positivity feels VERY necessary. Happiness is SO many things. It can be subjective to the person, the situation or timing relative to other factors. It can be a hard concept to whittle down into a tangible idea, but again, this blogging challenge is about thinking, so… what IS happiness?

Today marks the 1/3 mark on 30 days of blogging! On this 10th day, the prompt is 10 things to be Happy about , which is a great thing to reflect on. I actually had a reasonably difficult time narrowing down my happy items down to 10, but wanted to try to do things that weren’t incredibly general, but rather specific to me.
