Journaling and DIY’s are so connected to my mood. There have been a lot of changes and challenges lately and with these come excitement and potential… BUT… remembering to acknowledge the negative and celebrate the positive is IMPORTANT. Whether it’s finding something that feels uncomfortable on the TV, news or in personal or professional life – sometimes being reminded to stay grounded and conscious of positivity feels VERY necessary. Do you ever have those days where you find yourself saying, trying not to say, or just thinking “I can’t do anything right?” Overcoming that negativity can be difficult. Here’s a small step to take to feel more in control:
Maybe it’s the weather, maybe it’s…? Whatever the reason, getting bogged down by what’s happening around us is part of life, and so is overcoming that.
Have you ever stretched yourself too thin? Said “yes” too many times? Been “too nice?” Been there, said that. Being proud of who I am and what I can achieve is a balance of doing my best and checking in with myself. One way I find a release when I’ve been overexerted is photography.
